Therapeutic Movement
Chi Gung
Katherine is an accomplished martial artist and has trained in Chi
Gung, Tai Chi and Tai Chi Sword. She offers Chi Gung movements
as a part of her wellness programs. They are easy to learn
movements which improve circulation and strengthen all the organ
systems of the body and the core muscles. It is less about
strengthening muscles and more about learning to bring increased
amounts of energy into the body and to move energy around the body.
People gain stamina, energy, better balance, increased circulation
and greater health as a result. |
