Brain Coordination Techniques

Certain physical movements in the body can help to increase the communication between the left and right hemispheres of the brain.  This has many implications.  Moving the body in ways that coordinate the brain can alleviate dyslexia, enhance memory and mind agility and send creativity skyrocketing.  Keeping our mind flexible helps us to adapt to the ever-changing landscape that is life in the 21st century whether it is learning a new computer program, having the next great business idea or shifting out of an emotional pattern that we have become stuck in.  When your brain is flexible you become flexible.  You will do things you have never done before, you can be things in your life that previously you only dreamt of or thought might only happen, “one day.”
